General Rental Rules

1.Driver’s Age & License:
The renter and any additional drivers must be at least 19 years old (or 25 for certain vehicle categories) and possess a valid driver’s license held for at least one year.

2.Payment & Deposit:
There is no deposit required.

3.Fuel Policy:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. If not, refueling charges apply.

4.Mileage Limitations:
Rentals can drive as many kilometers as they want , there is no extra payment required.

5.Smoking & Cleanliness:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirt, stains, or odors.

6.Pets:
Transporting pets is only allowed in approved carriers. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

7.Use Restrictions:
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or transporting illegal goods.

Super Protective Insurance (SPI) Coverage

Our Super Protective Insurance (SPI) offers maximum coverage for renters, minimizing financial liability in case of accidents, theft, or damage.

1.Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):
Covers damages to the rental car with zero or minimal deductible.

2.Theft Protection (TP):
Covers vehicle theft (police report required).

3.Third-Party Liability (TPL):
Covers damage to other vehicles.

4.Glass & Tire Protection:
Covers damages to the windshield, windows, and tires with no deductible.

Additional Charges & Fees

1.Late Return Fee:
A grace period of 1 hour is allowed; beyond this, a full additional day may be charged.

2.Additional Driver Fee:
Additional drivers must be registered, and a daily fee applies.

3.One-Way Rental Fee:
If the vehicle is returned to a different location, a one-way fee may be charged.

4.Traffic Violations:
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period.

Accident & Emergency Procedures

1.In Case of an Accident:

  • Contact emergency services (police & medical if needed) immediately.

  • Notify REA Car Rental as soon as possible.

  • Do not accept liability before consulting REA or the police.

  • Complete an accident report form provided by REA.

2.In Case of a Breakdown:

  • Contact REA for immediate support.

  • Do not attempt repairs yourself unless authorized.

Vehicle Return Policy

The vehicle must be returned on time and in the same condition as received,inspect the car with an agent to confirm there are no new damages.

A final invoice will be issued based on fuel level, damages, and additional charges
